Documentation:  In most cases, in order to visit Argentina only a valid passport is necessary. If your visit to Argentina is less than three months, a visa is not required. It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to provide the necessary documentation of their stay in prefect condition. In the event that the passenger can not travel for the above reasons, the passenger will still be charged and lose the total of hired services.

 

Luggage: It’s recommended to invest in a travel insurance to cover any lost or stolen items. Skiingpatagonia.com will not take responsibility for any lost or stolen items or luggage. As you are in a foreign country, its highly recommended at all times to be aware and very cautious with all small personal objects such as wallets, passports, digital cameras, i-pods, etc...

 

Responsibility:  Keeping in mind that skiing depends directly on weather conditions, skiingpatagonia.com will always keep you informed with the conditions in each resort prior to and during your trip. Nevertheless, the business does not take responsibility for unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or anything that may happen before or during the development of your tour that impede or cancel the total or partial execution of the hired services.

 

Skier Insurance: Skiingpatagonia com recommends every passenger to include an international insurance that covers your entire stay. However, in case of any accident, the skier will receive assistance of first aid, offered by the ski resort with the purchase of the ticket, but only inside the limits of the resort. Deposits and Payments:  To reserve the services a 35 percent payment is required, Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

 

Cancellations: The cancellations must be reported by e-mail to skiinpatagonia.com and are not considered canceled until acknowledged with a return email by the company.

 

Refund Policy:
Canceling 60 days prior to arrival, receives 40% of the initial deposit
Canceling 59 to 45 days prior to arrival, receives 20% of initial amount. 
Canceling 45 to 30 days prior to arrival, receives 10% of the initial amount.
Canceling 29 to 1 days prior to arrival, receives no refund.
