:: Buenos Aires - Tango - Skiingpatagonia.com

Tango is a dance between man and woman- close, firm, and physically involved whilst listening to the music with their full attention. The music demands their bodies to move with rigor and passion as the melody develops. The man embraces the woman strongly, forcing her to follow his movements, while she provides the sensual seduction during the dance. Tango is musical and carnal. Spiritual and passionate. It means rage, anger, love and affection simultaneously.
It must not be confused with Cuban and Andalucia tanguillo because even with probably the same original roots, in the out of town neighborhoods of Buenos Aires and Montevideo, it developed its own structure and unique characteristics.
Many tango schools and academies are open mainly for foreign tourists to learn how to enjoy and practice this exclusive dance for people ready to get involved in this most intimate dance.
And remember, it takes two to tango...
